Terms & Requirements
Please read these important requirements before requesting a quote. By accepting our quote, you agree to these terms.
Vehicle Documentation
All vehicle documentation must be available when we collect or you deliver the vehicle.
Legal Ownership
By selling your vehicle to us, you confirm that you are the legal owner and have the right to dispose of it.
Outstanding Finance
We do not buy vehicles with, or settle, outstanding finance or logbook loans.
Payment Method
Payment is by BACS bank transfer only.
Vehicle Must Be Complete
Quotes are based upon vehicles being complete. If parts are removed, we reserve the right to reject the vehicle or reduce our price.
Excessive Damage
Unless previously agreed, vehicles must not be excessively damaged. Minor damage (small dents, scrapes, corrosion, etc.) due to normal wear and tear is fine. Heavily accident-damaged vehicles may be rejected or the price reduced.
Vehicle Must Roll
The vehicle must be movable – it doesn't need to start or drive, but must have 4 wheels with inflated tyres to allow loading onto our vehicle.
Accessibility
The vehicle must be freely accessible to our drivers (not blocked in by other vehicles, in narrow lanes, or height-restricted car parks).
No Rubbish in Vehicles
Vehicles must not contain rubbish (e.g., household or builder's waste). If they do, we reserve the right to reject the vehicle or reduce our price.
Important Notice
Failure to meet any of these requirements may result in us refusing to collect your vehicle or reducing the agreed price. Please ensure your vehicle meets all requirements before confirming collection.
Agreement to Terms
By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services
We provide car scrapping and vehicle collection services across Surrey including Guildford, Woking, Farnham, Aldershot, Godalming, Farnborough, Camberley, and surrounding areas.
Our services include:
- Vehicle valuation and quotes
- Free vehicle collection
- Secure BACS bank transfer payment (1-2 business days)
- DVLA notification handling
- Certificate of Destruction provision
Quotations
- All quotations are provided free of charge
- Quotations are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated
- We do not negotiate after agreed price
- Final price depends on vehicle condition upon collection
- Prices are based on current scrap metal market rates
Detailed Vehicle Requirements
All vehicles must meet the following requirements. See the detailed requirements section above for full information:

- Clean interior: Vehicles must not contain rubbish (household or builder's waste). We reserve the right to reject or reduce the price if they do.
Collection Service
- Collection is free of charge across our service area
- Same day collection available when requested before 2pm
- Collection times are approximate and subject to traffic/weather
- Access must be safe and legal for our recovery vehicles
- Customer must be present during collection
Payment
- Payment method: Payment is by BACS bank transfer only. We do not offer cash payments.
- Funds typically arrive within 1-2 business days after collection
- Payment is made to the registered keeper/legal owner only
- All necessary documentation must be provided before payment processing
- Bank account details must be verified and match the vehicle owner's name
Documentation
- V5C registration document required (or acceptable alternatives)
- Proof of ID required
- We handle DVLA notification free of charge
- Certificate of Destruction provided within required timeframes
Liability
- We maintain comprehensive insurance for our operations
- Liability is limited to the agreed purchase price of the vehicle
- We are not liable for any consequential losses
- Customer must ensure legal right to dispose of vehicle
Cancellation
- Either party may cancel before collection
- No cancellation fees apply
- Notice should be given as soon as possible

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
